ABOUT US

The directors and shareholders of N Agnew Inc t/a LNA Attorneys are Noelene Agnew and Leon Oosthuizen. They offer a combined legal and business experience of more than forty years. They joined forces and skills in 2008 when they both left their previous firms to start LNA.

Noelene Agnew also has corporate background as she worked for five years within the short term insurance industry and Leon Oosthuizen can provide extensive advice on franchising, having been a franchisee. Noelene Agnew has extensive experience in litigation (in particular Divorce matters/ Custody and Access and other Family Law related matters) and Commercial Law but she has elected to and now specializes in Conveyancing and Property Law. Leon Oosthuizen has extensive litigation experience relating to the deposit taking institutions and credit environment i.e. banking, credit granting.  He also has extensive experience in Commercial law ( Contracts), Insolvency Law and Divorce matters/ Custody and Access and other related Family Law matters.
